ZTE Pre-announces Two Upcoming Android OS 4.0 Smartphones

ZTE is looking to get a head start on its competitors by pre-announcing the release of two upcoming Android OS 4.0 headsets. These will be on display at MWC next week.

ZTE revealed the PF200 and the N910 in a press release earlier this morning. While both phones are only pre-announced, some features were revealed about these phones that would entice many.

While both the PF200 and the N910 will support 4G LTE service, they have their differences. The PF200 will feature a 1.2GHz processor, a 4.3-inch qHD (960 x 540) display, an 8MP rear-facing camera, a 1080p front-facing camera, Bluetooth 2.1, GPS, Wi-Fi, DLNA, and NFC capability.

The N910, on the other hand, will be a slightly scaled-backed device, and will include a WVGA (800 x 480) capacitive touch screen and a 5MP rear-facing camera. In addition to LTE, the N910 will also have Wi-Wi, DLNA, and NFC capability.

The report arrive a week before the Mobile World Conference begins in Barcelona. The week-long event is expected to be the source of numerous announcements that will get the tech world talking. ZTE isn’t the only company to jump the gun before the event, as LG unveiled the Optimus Vu yesterday.
