Fujitsu is apparently hoping to make a big splash at the Mobile World Conference with the unveiling of a quad-core smartphone. This will be well supplied with cutting-edge features.
The company is expected to make an official announcement next week as it competes with the other quad-core devices at the conference, such as the HTC One X.
Little is has been pre-revealed about the smartphone, but reports say the device will ship with a NVIDIA Tegra 3 1.5GHz chipset while running Android OS 4.0 (Ice Cream Sndwich). It is also reported that the 4.6-inch handset with sport an impressive 13.1MP rear-facing camera. The device will allegedly also be dust-resistant, water-resistant, and will come equipped with a fingerprint sensor.
There the official name for the device is still not known, but expect that name to be revealed pretty soon. The phone will first launch in Japan.
