Version 4.0 of Google’s Android operating system, Ice Cream Sandwich, continues to proliferate, as the update will be coming to a number of prominent handsets this week.
A leaked Best Buy document discovered by Android Police indicates that owners of the Motorola Droid RAZR and the Droid RAZR MAXX on Verizon will be getting an OTA update to Android 4.0 OS this Wednesday, April 4. But RAZR owners aren’t the only ones getting a shiny new version of the Google OS, as HTC Rezound users will receive the update to ICS two days later on Friday, April 6.
The news comes a couple of weeks after AT&T revealed that many of its devices will be receiving ICS updates in the coming months, including the LG Nitro, Motorola Atrix 2, Motorola Atrix 4G, Pantech Burst, Pantech Element, Samsung Captivate Glide, Samsung Galaxy Note, Samsung Galaxy S II, Samsung Galaxy S II Skyrocket, and the Samsung Galaxy Tab 8.9.
