iPhone 5 to Launch in June? A Foxconn Recruiter Says So

In an interview with TV Tokyo, a Foxconn recruiter mentioned that the company is hiring more workers to prep for the iPhone 5 launch "scheduled" for June.

Foxconn, the manufacturer responsible for multiple Apple products, is supposedly looking for up to 18,000 workers to build a new product. If the recruiter did report the correct news, which at this point seems unlikely, the release of a new iPhone in June would return the handset back to its traditional summer release schedule.

The interview was conducted a good distance away, so it’s unclear if the recruiter knew that he was being interviewed. And there's also the fact that the source for the interview was a random recruiter, not a high-ranking official that may have some sort of knowledge regarding a new phone.
