Samsung is trying to build suspense for the Samsung Galaxy S III, and has put out a video teaser for this upcoming smartphone. This includes a subtle dig at Apple fans.
Unfortunately for those eager to learn more about Samsung's next smartphone, the teaser video talks about this handset in only the vaguest terms, and reveals no details. It doesn't have any images of the product, not even an outline.
The video concludes by saying the phone will allow users to "stand out from everyone else" while showing a flock of a sheep. Many people consider this a dig at Apple, as Samsung has started being more confrontational with its chief rival.
More About the Samsung Galaxy S III
Although Samsung has been keeping its lips buttoned about the features of the replacement for the popular Galaxy S II, many of the features of this device have leaked out already.
It will supposedly run Android OS (Ice Cream Sandwich) in a 1.4GHz quad-core processor with 1GB of RAM, 16GB internal storage plus a microSD memory card slot. The device will be built around a 4.6-inch Super AMOLED display, which will have either a 720p or Full HD resolution. Also on the leaked feature list is an 8 megapixel rear-facing camera, 2050mAh battery, and NFC.
The official announcement of the Samsung Galaxy S III is set for May 3 in London.
