iPhone 4/4S customers looking for a true 4G connection need look no further than at the FreedomPop Sleeve.
The FreedomPop Sleeve is a $100 WiMAX-equipped iPhone case that will also also offer up to 500MB of free data per month from the company. It will even charge the iPhone and extend its battery life by six hours.
FaceTime enthusiasts will also be thrilled to learn that by using the FreedomPop Sleeve, users will be able to FaceTime anywhere. This video-chat app requires a Wi-Fi connection, and this accessory connunicates with the iPhone over Wi-Fi.
Those looking to purchase the device can pre-order it now through the FreedomPop website. The projected launch for the FreedomPop Sleeve isn’t officially confirmed, but is expected to be after July 1. The company may also look to sell premium features in the future such as VoIP tools.
