Because of its large screen size, the Samsung Galaxy Note II can be considered a tabletphone -- part smartphone, part tablet. Those who want even more from it can add Samsung's Smart Dock and this device can turn into a desktop.
This accessory includes a 1080p HDMI video-out port for an external monitor, and three USB ports for a keyboard, mouse, and external storage.
Those looking to be entertained rather than productive can use the 3.5mm stereo audio port and monitor for music, TV, or movies.
The Smart Dock is now listed on Samsung's site for $100. It's not yet available though, and it works only with the Galaxy Note II.
