The Nexus 4 debuted yesterday on the Google Play store, and today it's also available from T-Mobile. This smartphone is the first with Android 4.2.
The T-Mobile version is selling for $200 with a two-year service contract on the company's website.
The version being sold by Google Play is unlocked, so it can be used by AT&T, T-Mobile, or other GSM carriers. A 8GB unit is $300 while the 16GB one is $350 -- very low prices, which probably explains why that version is already sold out.
Nexus 4 Overview
The LG handset sports a 4.7-inch display with a 1280 x 720 resolution.
The Google Nexus 4 has a 1.5GHz quad-core Snapdragon S4 Pro processor with 2GB of RAM, and features an 8-megapixel rear camera, as well as a 1.3-megapixel front-facing one.
It runs Android 4.2 (Jelly Bean), a new version that brings new features such as 360 degree panorama picture-taking capabilities and Gesture Typing, which lets users glide their finger over the letters they want to type on the keyboard.
