Reports of a new HTC flagship device have been circulating for some time. What may be an image of the HTC M7 has appeared on the web.
This picture shows a few details about this smartphone, such as the lack of screen-printed buttons on the front, using on-screen ones instead.
No wireless carrier's logo appears on the handset, possibly because the M7 is expected to be offered by a wide array of telecoms, and not be some carrier's exclusive.
The phone shown has some kind of 4G access built in, but what type that is is not known.
What the Rumors Say
According to unconfirmed reports that came to light earlier, the HTC M7 is going to be powered by a 1.7Ghz quad-core processor and Android 4.1.2 with an updated version of the HTC Sense user interface. There will be 32GB of internal storage, with no microSD card slot.
The device will also reportedly offer a 4.7-inch, 1920 x 1080 display, with a pixel density of 468 ppi. The M7 will have a 13-megapixel camera and a 2,300 mAh battery.
