A more affordable option to the popular Samsung Galaxy S III is supposedly on its way to T-Mobile with a new name. The Galaxy S III mini is reportedly set to hit T-Mobile retailers as the Galaxy Exhibit.
The new handset will mark the second Galaxy S III mini variant offered by a stateside retailer, following the Galaxy Axiom, which is available from U.S. cellular.
The device includes a dual-core 1GHz processor, 4-inch WVGA display, 1GB of RAM and a 5-megapixel camera. The handset may offer scaled-down specs compared to the original Galaxy S III, but it is also expected to have a much lower price.
In addition, the Galaxy Exhibit appears on a list of LTE-enabled devices that are rumored to be introduced by T-Mobile on March 27.
