iOS 6.1 May Be Hard on the iPhone's Battery Life

Have you noticed that your iPhone's battery life seems to be shorter since you installed iOS 6.1? If so, then you aren't alone.

Apple iOS 6 Quite a number of complaints about increased battery drain have appeared on the official Apple Support Communities since the new version of this mobile operating system was released late last month.

At this point, there is no definitive answer on what the problem is. Complicating the issue is the fact that it's not universal -- not every iPhone user is seeing a shorter battery life.

At least one person who was having the problem claims to have fixed it by doing a full factory reset of his device.
