Is This the Samsung Galaxy S IV?

Some pictures coming out of China might -- or might not -- have given the world an early look at the Samsung Galaxy S IV.

Samsung's next flagship smartphone is going to be unveiled this week, and anticipation is running high. This is particularly true because this company has managed to keep the appearance of the device under wraps -- until now.

The images that have just leaked out show a handset that appears quite similar to the Samsung Galaxy Note II.

What the Rumors Say

According to previous unconfirmed reports, this device will have a 5-inch, 1920 x 1080 pixel display, giving it a pixel density of 480. This will make it the lagest of the Galaxy S series.

This smartphone will supposedly run Android 4.2 on a 1.8 GHz quad-core processor, with 2GB of RAM. It is going to have a microSD memory card slot.

The Galaxy S IV will have a 13MP primary camera and a 2MP front-facing camera, plus a 2600 mAh battery.

Samsung's flagship smartphone for 2013 is going to be officially unveiled on March 14. Brighthand will have a reporter on the private event to bring you the latest.
