T-Mobile Introducing BlackBerry Z10 Next Week

The BlackBerry Z10 is going to debut from AT&T tomorrow, and T-Mobile is going to introduce it just a few days later.

This device -- the signature smartphone running the new BlackBerry 10 operating system -- has been available to lucky T-Mobile business customers for over a week, but all of this telecom's customers will be able to buy it on Tuesday, March 26.

This will be one of the first handsets that can connect to this carrier's 4G LTE network, which hasn't launched yet but is scheduled to be available by the end of this month.

At this point, T-Mobile has not announced what it plans to charge for the BlackBerry Z10.

This is a touchscreen-centric device with a 4.2-inch, 1280 x 768 display. This gives it quite a respectable pixel density of 356 dpi.

It runs BlackBerry 10 on a 1.5 GHz dual-core Snapdragon S4 Plus processor, with 2GB RAM. There is a microSD memory card slot for removable storage.

The Z10 has 4G LTE support, and AT&T's version will be able to connect to it LTE network. The device also has Wi-Fi a/b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS, and NFC. Other features include an 8MP rear camera, a 2MP front one, a micro-HDMI port and an 1800 mAH battery.

In addition to T-Mobile and AT&T, this smartphone is headed for Verizon. Sprint is not going to offer it.
