Facebook to Reveal "Home On Android"; Facebook Phone Could Be Imminent

Facebook has invited press to an event at is headquarters on April 4^th to see its "New Home on Android".

While Facebook has yet to release any official details, according to Tech Crunch an unnamed source reported that the event will showcase a heavily modified Android operating system complete with native Facebook functionality on the home screen.

The source also noted that the new modified version of Android may live on an HTC handset. If that's true, the upcoming event could relate to the long-rumored HTC Facebook handset, something that Facebook has denied.

As of now these speculations are still rumors, but one thing is for sure; Facebook will have a new look on Android come April 4.
