Hulu has launched its Hulu Plus mobile app on Microsoft's Windows Phone store. The app allows users to stream popular TV clips, shows and movies on their Windows 8 devices.
Popular shows such as Community, Family Guy, Glee, Modern Family, and the Vampire Diaries are all available through the app. Ad-free kid shows are also available, including SpongeBob SquarePants, iCarly, Caillou, and more. Users can also get rid of (most) ads by purchasing a limited advertising version for $8 a month.
The app offers additional features including daily feed of "trending now" clips, the ability to add videos to queue up for instant access, full search functionality, and the ability to resume a program form where you previously left off on other supported devices. The app also offers intergrades with Windows Phone 8, providing live tile updates on popular shows.
The app is available now for free in Microsoft's Windows Phone store, but remember that you'll need a Hulu Plus subscription to access the content.
