UPDATE: Twitter user @evleaks has posted an image reported to be of the Lumia 925, which is also said to be the device depicted in the video Nokia recently released. The device is expected to be formally announced at the company's Lumia event tomorrow. The image posted to Twitter pictures the device showing off the Windows Phone operating system and has a shape that seems to be a bit different than previous Lumia smartphones.
Nokia has released a new ad, teasing a previously unannounced Lumia flagship smartphone.
The video depicts the smartphone with a shiny metal casing and a new camera, which the company seems to be betting will set it apart from the iPhone 5 and high-end Android devices.
Previous leaks, which were originally thought to be of the Lumia 928, showed off the metal casing. However, when the Lumia 928 was officially announced last week, there was no metal body option, meaning the previous leaks were actually of the smartphone shown in the new teaser.
The device should be officially launched during Nokia's big event tomorrow morning in London. The teaser's tag-line, "More Than Your Eyes Can see," suggests the camera will be a big focus during the launch. The device is expected to be different than the Lumia 928, which is exclusive to Verizon.
