Thanks to a camera phone/PDA, more details are now known about the next high-end Treo. A slide from a presentation of the device was sent to use which contains a picture and a brief specification overview.

Here are the core specs:

• Palm OS version 5.x (most likely 5.4, Garnet)
• 32MB RAM
• 312 MHz ARM Processor
• Integrated Bluetooth
• 5-way navigation button
• 320 x 320 display
• 16-bit 65k color TFT
• Secure Digital slot (I/O)
• Browser enhancements
• Improved built-in camera (1.3MP with video recording ability)
• New funtion buttons
• Similar form factor

Nothing about these specs is terribly surprising, the key upgrades are exactly what we posted back in January. The latest thought is that the unit will be released in the Fall at the $599 price point.
