With all of the new iPAQ PDAs from HP rolling out over the next several weeks, buyers who are on the fence might want to know when the current models are going to be phased out, which generally leads to price cuts. We have the discontinuation dates for all current models, including the h2210 which is slated to be around until the end of 2005.

Each production run ends about 6 weeks prior to the discontinuation date, so many are no longer in production. Expect to see prices slide accordingly in the coming weeks for a number of these models. By most estimations, the current products are better than some of the replacements, so buyers should be able to pick their spot to end up with a nice PDA at a great price. If not, there's always the Dell X30.
