New SmartPhone from Swedish Spectronics

Swedish Spectronics is pushing its Sidetouch Multimedia Telephone TS 2200 in Europe. Odds of making it to America any time soon seem slim, but here are a few pictures anyway!

The TS 2200 uses has a document-oriented operating system which the company says eliminates the need for starting and closing applications, and allows users to send messages through various channels simultaneously; for example as a fax and an e-mail, where a picture attachment to the e-mail would be displayed as a picture in-text in the fax. Notice the integrated camera that will take pictures of up to 640x480, similar to the P800 from Sony Ericsson.

Production of the device is expected to begin this Summer.
