T-Mobile Says Next iPhone Might Support its 3G/4G Service... Maybe

Earlier this week, a T-Mobile executive made a statement that implied that the next-generation iPhone is going to support the AWS frequency bands that his company uses provide 3G and 4G service. This carrier has now issued a clarification.

Verizon Commits to 4G LTE on Virtually All Future Smartphones

A Verizon Wireless executive, speaking at the CES tradeshow, has revealed that just about all of his company's smartphones released in the future will be able to run on the carrier's 4G LTE network. This includes BlackBerry, Windows Phone, and maybe iPhone.
