T-Mobile has just announced the Samsung Exhibit II 4G, an Android-based smartphone which will be available starting tomorrow, Oct. 27. Running on the carrier's 4G HSPA+ network, the Exhibit II will retail for $30, after a $50 mail-in rebate, with a two-year contract.
