4G Means More Customer Service Calls for Carriers

A J.D. Power and Associates report released today showed that owners of 4G-enabled devices were more likely to contact their service providers for customer service than owners of less technologically advanced devices.

Samsung Galaxy S II, Galaxy Note Getting Android OS 4.0 Upgrade Soon

Samsung officially announced today that the Galaxy S II and the Galaxy Note will be upgraded to Android OS 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich) by the end of the first quarter. This should put these devices among the first to get the latest version of Google's mobile operating system.
