Through a mixture of handwriting recognition and proprietary software, the Vpen transmits the data it collects and translates to your PC, Cell phone or PDA via wireless Bluetooth connection. You may have heard this before, as the Vpen will be second to market, trailing the Anoto. However, the Vpen has a significant advantage in that it does not require special paper.
OTM will make the devices available to OEM’s for branding and distribution later this year, at a price said to be under $100.
