After ample speculation, leaks and rumors Apple is finally ready to set the record straight unveiling the company’s newest iPhone model or models. On Tuesday the company sent out invites to members of the press for a scheduled event that will be held on September 10 at the company’s campus in Cupertino, California.
As customary with Apple’s events, the invitation does not outright state that the event will unearth Apple’s latest iPhone line. Instead the invitation reads “this should brighten everyone’s day.” With a number of bright and colorful circles decorating the entire surface of the invite. The bright and vibrant colors are reminiscent of Apple’s move to the colorful iOS 7 operating system, though the variety of colors could also be alluding to the iPhone 5C, which will reportedly release with a wide array of color options.
While Apple has remained relatively tight-lipped about its next generation iPhone line, the company will reportedly unveil two new iPhone models; the next iteration of the traditional high-end model the iPhone 5S, and a new cheaper variant the iPhone 5C. The iPhone 5S will supposedly feature an improved camera, improved specs and a new gold color option. The iPhone 5C will reportedly feature a plastic case, with similar specs to the iPhone 5.
Besides two new potential handsets, Apple will likely reveal more details about iTunes Radio, which will reportedly launch to US users along with iOS7. Still hardware is expected to steal the show, as Apple will likely reveal the next must have smartphone or smartphones.
Luckily iPhone hopefuls will know soon enough when Apple takes the stage on September 10.
