AT&T has revealed more details on a pair of HTC smartphones it is going to have on the market before the week is out. The One X+ is going to be a high-end device, while the One VX will be more modest.
HTC One X+ Details
This will be an upgraded version of the One X, which debuted early this year. Nearly every aspect of the handset is going to be been improved, including the processor, which will be a Tegra 3 AP37 quad-core chip, clocking in at 1.7 GHz. The One X+ will also ship with Android 4.1, aka Jelly Bean, and will be skinned with HTC’s Sense 4+ UI.
The device is going to have a 4.7-inch, 720p (1280 x 720p) touchscreen, 64GB of internal storage, an 8MP camera, and a 2100 mAh battery.
HTC One VX Details
The second product on AT&T’s docket will have a 4.5-inch qHD Super LCD2 display. The One VX will ship with Android 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich), with an upgrade to version 4.1 (Jelly Bean) coming later. This will run on a 1.2 GHz dual-core Snapdragon S4 processor, with 1 GB of RAM, and 8 GB of internal storage.
Also included will be a 5-megapixel rear-facing camera and NFC.
It is going to sell for $50 with a two-year service contract.
