The BlackBerry Curve 8900 is now available from T-Mobile USA. This is a thin and light smartphone with a relatively high-resolution screen and a full QWERTY keyboard.
It is selling for $200 with a two-year contract and $100 mail-in rebate. An earlier rumor that it would be priced lower than this turned out to be incorrect.

An Overview of the BlackBerry Curve 8900
The BlackBerry Curve 8900 — formerly known as the Javelin — has a full QWERTY keyboard and a 2.44-inch, HVGA+ (480 by 360 pixel) display. It is the thinnest and lightest BlackBerry with a full keyboard.
This quad-band GSM smartphone does not have 3G, but does include Wi-Fi b/g and Bluetooth.
It also also has a 512 MHz processor, GPS receiver, a 3.2 MPx camera, and a 1400 mAHr battery.
T-Mobile’s version supports this carrier’s Unlimited HotSpot Calling service — which uses Wi-Fi VoIP — as well as unlimited nationwide calling to five people with the myFaves service.
It include a microSD card slot is bundled with a 256 MB card.
