The Missing Sync for Garmin iQue 3600 Now Available

Garmin iQue 3600 Garmin’s iQue 3600 doesn’t come with a desktop client for Mac OS X. Fortunately, Mark/Space has released a version of The Missing Sync that will allow this handheld to HotSync, mount its SD/MMC card on the OS X desktop, and much more. However, this application does not offer any type of map generation support for Mac OS because Garmin uses a proprietary mapping format that is Windows only. The Missing Sync for Garmin iQue 3600 can be purchased for $29.95 on the Mark/Space web site.

The iQue 3600 runs Palm OS 5.2 and is the only handheld to offer a built-in Global Positioning System (GPS) reciever. Read more about it in Brighthand‘s Review.
