Hewlett-Packard is planning to release an enhanced version of its iPAQ h1910 in Europe, according to a rumor on infoSync. Citing unnamed sources, the site says the h1915 will offer integrated Bluetooth and be available in the second quarter of this year. The h1910 won’t be released in Europe at all.

Immiersoft has just released XCPUScalar 400 1.0 for all 400MHz XScale processors. Increase or decrease speed from 100 to 472MHz, save battery power by deceasing speed or increase speed for a richer multimedia and gaming experience. It was designed on the iPAQ 3955, Toshiba e740, and iPAQ 5455 but should work for all XScale 400 MHz Pocket PC’s. A free trial version is available or the full version is $5.

Arkon Resources has announced a new Powered PDA Mount for Dell Axim users. It offers a built-in amplified speaker on the back of the cradle to allow users to more easily hear music, digital books, and GPS voice commands above the noise of the road. It includes includes a volume control knob, power LED, and a USB interface for popular models of GSM phones. It will be available February 10 for $70.

BitBank Software has released Pocket QuickView 3.0. Enhancements in the new version include faster JPEG load times, support for more video formats, a batch file conversion feature, a red-eye removal tool, and more. It sells for $20.
