Rhinoskin Launches Six New Aluminum Hardcases

Several new handheld models can now be protected with aluminum hard cases from Rhinoskin, including the HP iPAQ h2210, Toshiba e740/750, palmOne Tungsten C and W, palmOne Zire 71, Sony TG50, and Sony SJ33. Features include a removable belt clip, SD or Memory Stick storage, and EVA padding for complete handheld protection. The iPAQ model also features a CF cutout for use with peripheral devices, and all models feature easy stylus removal and access to the IR port for beaming while the handheld is in the case.

Clickgamer Releases Bomb Duck For Pocket PC

Clickgamer has released Bomb Duck for Pocket PC devices. The game is a tribute to the classic Bubble Bobble, and features 30 levels of platforming action. Players collect Baby Penquins and avoid the bad guys. Includes a “retro” soundtrack, challenging gameplay, bonuses and powerups. The game is priced at $9.95. powerOne Graph v4 Now Available

PowerOne Graph Infinity Softworks has released powerOne Graph v4, a major update designed to allow Palm OS handhelds to completely replace standard graphing calculators such as the TI-83. New features include data plotting, sequence graphing, RPN input, inferential statistics, regression analysis, and plug-in modules that improve data sharing. Data can also now be moved to and from scientific probes, spreadsheets, and word processing applications. The application also features calculation templates, with over 30 included and more than 100 available from the developer’s web site. It is also possible to create them from within the application itself.

powerOne Graph v4 is designed to be used by students in grades 6-12, college, and graduate school in math, science, engineering, computer science, and medicine. Red Mercury Releases AcidImage Pro

Red Mercury has released AcidImage Pro, an image viewing application for Palm OS handhelds that is capable of reading TIFF/Fax images, as well as JPEG, GIF, and BMP images. TIFF support allows AcidImage Pro to be used with any email application that supports attachments, enabling the user to view emailed faxes on a wireless Palm OS device such as the Kyocera 7135 or Handspring Treo.
