The SD pocketRADIO is a peripheral that fits into the SD expansion card slot on many Palm OS handhelds, allowing the user to listen to FM radio stations on the go. DreamQuest Software Releases Championship Gin Pro
Championship Gin Pro is a cross-platform card game designed to be played on Palm OS and Pocket PC handhelds, as well as Symbian cell phones and Windows PCs. Features include five levels of difficulty and the ability to play against the computer or against other players online through DreamQuest’s free Internet lobby. The game can be customized by choosing from over 200 deck and table combinations, dozens of player taunts, sound effects, and soundtracks. Custom skinning options are also available, as well as an interactive tutorial.

AgileMessenger Application Released For Mobile Phones
AgileMobile.com has released Agile Messenger, a free instant messenger client for mobile phones such as the Nokia 3650 and 7650, and the Ericsson P800. A Windows Smartphone version is expected to be available soon. Agile Messenger allows users to stay continuously connected to four online chat services: ICQ, AOL, Yahoo!, and MSN.

Get Your Dose-A-Day from DataViz
DataViz has announced a new line of daily calendars for Palm OS and Pocket PC handhelds. Dose-A-Day Dilbert and Dose-A-Day Golf by Gary McCord will be available in mid September.
Unlike traditional paper tear-off calendars, Dose-A-Day provides 365 days of entertainment from the date of installation on the handheld. After installation, customers automatically receive a new comic, golf tip, or joke on the handheld each day. No wireless connection or subscription is necessary.
These Dose-A-Day calendars will be available from the DataViz website on September 15 for $19.95. They can be purchased from Amazon.com, Handango.com, and CompUSA this fall. DataViz will also be announcing other Dose-A-Day titles later this year.
Landware Previews Leonard Maltin Movie and Video Guide For Palm OS
Landware announced that development is complete and final testing is underway for the Leonard Maltin Movie and Video Guide for Palm OS devices. The application, expected to be released in October, is designed as a quick reference to over 19,000 movies, including the rating, director and cast, genre, release date, plot summaries, and “star ratings.” Film rankings are also provided in the form of top lists on topics such as specific genres, best loved films of the decade, and more.
Other planned features include tools to help users keep track of their video libraries, watch, and rent lists and the ability to add notes to specific movies. HotSync or wireless updates ensure that the movie guide is always up to date, including DVD release dates, film festivals, and more.
