Cerience Corporation has debuted RepliGo 1.0 for Microsoft Smartphones. This application converts Microsoft Office documents, Adobe PDF files, Web pages, and any other document that can be printed into a format that can be viewed on handsets running Smartphone 2002. It costs $25. There are also versions for Palm OS and Pocket PC.

TigerDirect.com is offering the Handspring Treo 180 for free after a rebate. To get the rebate, the user must start a new T-mobile service account plus a T-Mobile Internet plan (GPRS) of 10 MB per month or higher.

The world’s largest free encyclopedia, Wikipedia, is now available in TomeRaider format and can be used on Pocket PC and Palm OS devices. Wikipedia is a project to create a complete and accurate open content encyclopedia. The English version measures 100 MB and contains 230 MB of text.

Spb Software House has cut the price of its Palbum Suite by 80%. Normally selling for $25, it is now $5, but only until midnight on Apri 24. This is photo management software that provides a means of creating and viewing interactive photo albums on a Pocket PC.

PalmSource has posted for auction on eBay a limited number of passes for the upcoming PalmSource Developer Seminar May 6 and 7. These passes normally sell for $350 each, the bidding opens at $10 for a pair. The auctions end April 25.
