Shadowgate Classic Infinite Ventures has released Shadowgate Classic for Palm OS devices. The game features stylus-based “point and click” gameplay in a fantasy world filled with puzzles to solve and fantastic beasts to defeat.

Shadowgate has sold more than 1,250,000 copies on several platforms, including Pocket PC and Game Boy Color. Both the Palm OS and Pocket PC versions of the game are now available for the special price of $14.95.

Clickgamer Offering Free Game For Easter

Clickgamer is offering Eggstreme: Yolks Revenge for Pocket PC for free until Easter.

The game is puzzle-based and Easter-themed, with slick graphics and sound effects. Gameplay is reminiscent of Bejeweled or Diamond Mine, with the object of matching three or more symbols to make them disappear.

Top Xbox Games Coming To Windows Mobile Smartphone

JAMDAT Mobile and Microsoft Games Studios have entered into an agreement to bring several popular Xbox games to mobile devices, including Windows Mobile Smartphones. The agreement includes Top Spin (tennis), Rallisport Challenge 2 (racing), and Amped 2 (snowboarding).

The games are expected to be available during the second or third quarter of this year, and will be distributed by wireless carriers in North America, the European Union, and selected South American and Asia/Pacific markets.

Hudson Entertainment to Publish BREW Games For Mobile Phones

Hudson Entertainment has committed to publishing 25 BREW game titles by June of this year. Titles include classics such as Bomberman, Adventure Island, and Lode Runner. Additional game titles include All Star Baseball, Pinball, Putter Golf, Space Blast, Super Darts, Tennis Challenge, World Cycling, and many others.

BREW games are distributed directly to consumers through their wireless phones. Several carriers in the United States currently sell BREW-based games, including Verizon Wireless, ALLTEL, and Cellular One.
