The E-TEN Glofiish X800 — a 3G smartphone with a 2.8-inch VGA screen — is now shipping worldwide. In addition, this company has taken the wraps off the Glofiish X600, a small and light Windows Mobile phone.

This device has a tablet design, but unlike many other similar devices it does not include a built-in keyboard. Unofficial reports indicate that E-TEN is developing the M800, a similar model that will have a sliding keyboard.

The X800 does include Wi-Fi b/g, Bluetooth 2.0, and a GPS receiver. It also includes two digital cameras: an auto-focus 2-megapixel version for photographs and video, and a front-mounted VGA camera for video calling.
It is a quad-band GSM phone with support for HSDPA (U.S. and European).
This smartphone runs Windows Mobile 6 Professional on a 500 MHz processor. It has 64 MB of RAM and 256 MB of ROM. In addition it has a microSD card slot.
This model is 4.5 in. by 2.4 in. by 0.6 in. (113.5 mm x 60.5 mm x 15.8 mm).
The Glofiish X800 is available in the U.S. through online retailers like Mobile Planet, where it is selling for $650.

The model just being announced today will offer Windows Mobile 6 Pro, GPS and Wi-Fi in a device will be lighter than previous Glofiish models and use a metallic black and red casing.

This smartphone will be 4.2 in. by 2.2 in. by 0.6 in, and weigh 4.8 ounces (107 mm by 58 mm by 14.7 mm, and 136 g).
E-TEN says the Glofiish X600 will be available starting in the middle of November.
