The online phone retailer eXpansys USA is giving away an unlocked Palm Treo Pro, the latest Windows phone created by this company.

There’s an entry form on eXpansys’ website, and no purchase is required to enter. This device typically sells for over $400.

The version of the Treo Pro that’s being given away is an unlocked GSM device, which means it can be used with a variety of wireless carriers, including AT&T and T-Mobile.

All entries must be received by midnight on May 31, 2009.

An Overview of the Palm Treo Pro
This smartphone has the design that’s become a hallmark of the Treo line, a candybar shape with 320-by-320-pixel Touchscreen above a QWERTY thumb-keyboard.

It runs Microsoft’s Windows Mobile 6.1 Professional on a 400 MHz processor from Qualcomm, and comes with the standard suite of productivity applications.
