Thanks to pictures and a user manual excerpt from the FCC, we now have a pretty good idead of what the XDA III will look like. One picture even carries Verizon branding, so we could see the XDA III on their network in the coming weeks. Based on prior rumors we expected Bluetooth and or WiFi, but this model only includes Bluetooth. Other iterations of the XDA III may add WiFi.

Many of the specs line up well against other Windows Mobile based competition like the HP h6300 series. Smartphone users will certainly want to give the XDA III serious consideration.
At this point an official price point and release date are not known, however a fall 2004 release appears likely.
