It looks like Google and Motorola are not content with just the Moto X. According to Android blogger Taylor Wimberly, Google and Motorola have already begun working on a new Nexus handset, as the pair is planning to release the new flagship smartphone later this holiday season.
If this rumor proves to be true, which is likely considering Wimberly’s long standing track record with accurate Moto X rumors, it will be the first Nexus-branded device that Motorola has built. In the past, Google has called upon various manufacturers including HTC, Samsung, and LG for its Nexus devices.
It will be interesting to see if Google and Motorola plan on providing the same level of customization that was previously featured on the Moto X, which was unveiled earlier this month.
