Though the iPAQ h2215 has been one of the most popular handhelds of this year, a few months after its release many users are complaining that the rubber grips on the sides of this Pocket PC are coming off. Fortunately, HP is now offering replacements.
The issue of the grips coming loose has been extensively discussed on Brighthand’s h2200 series forum, with some suggesting the grips simply be glued back on, and others asking for completly new grips.
According to BostonPocketPC.com, h2215 users can now contact HP and request a kit to replace the rubber side grips. They should ask for part #349036-001. This doesn’t appear to cost anything.
