iPAQ h2200 Series
It can be found on HP’s web site
iPAQ h1940 Models
In addition to fixing the same Bluetooth lockup issue the h2200 models suffer from, the h1940/h1945 ROM update corrects an SD Card initialization problem.
This ROM update also makes a long list of other improvements, such as adding Wireless Protected Access and alarms and meeting reminders will now use high-quality MIDI playback.

What’s a ROM Update?
The ROM is where the operating system and built-in applications are stored. Changes made to the files in ROM are permanent and will survive the device undergoing a hard reset.
Updating the ROM will erase everything that’s on the handheld, including the contents of the File Store.
