The HTC EVO 4G is once again available from Sprint’s website. Demand for this high-end Android OS smartphone with a 4.3-inch display and WiMAX has been so high that the carrier’s supply ran out for a day or so.
The carrier clearly has received a new shipment, because its website is once again taking orders for the EVO 4G, something it wasn’t doing yesterday.
HTC has had problems this year meeting demand for some of its high-end models. T-Mobile sold out of the HTC HD2 several times in the weeks after this Windows Mobile-based smartphone was released, and Verizon currently has the HTC Droid Incredible on backorder.
It’s possible that demand for the EVO 4G will again exceed supply in the near future, so anyone wanting this product should order it now. To make a purchase, go to Sprint’s website
