Starting on April 19, AT&T is planning to introduce the HTC’s newest flagship handset, the HTC One. This will be the only U.S. carrier to offer the 64GB variant of the device at launch.
AT&T will offer the 32GB variant starting at $200, and the 64GB model will start at $300, both models are sold with a two-year contract.
AT&T will begin offer pre-orders starting April 4 at 1 PM C.T. User’s looking to secure the handset will be able to order the HTC One on AT&T’s website.
About the HTC One
This smartphone will offer a 4.7-inch Corning Gorilla Glass display with a 1920 x 1080 resolution. The device will also offer a 1.7GHz quad-core Snapdragon 600, with 2GB of RAM, and a 2300mAh battery. It will run on Android 4.1.2 (Jelly Bean) along with HTC Sense UI v. 5 at launch, and will also house a 4MP rear-facing camera.
The HTC One will also offer additional features, including HTC BlinkFeed, which provides real-time updates of customized content, HTC Zoe, a mode that lets users turn video into three second snippet highlights. The new handset is also going to have HTC BoomSound, which helps to offer clear audio with minimal distortion in conjunction with Dr. Dre’s Beats audio; and HTC Sense TV, which allows the HTC One to act as an interactive TV guide and remote control.

Sprint is set to release the HTC One the same day as AT&T. Additionally; T-Mobile will offer the handset at some point, while Verizon has decided to pass on the smartphone all together.
