An image of three unannounced smartphones have been leaked by a Twitter account associated with Dhany El Perro of France. The Twitter user suggests the image depicts the Sony “Togari,” the HTC M4, and Nokia Lumia 1030.
The account, however, was just created recently and has no established reputation for leaking accurate information. Inside sources have also indicated to WPCentral that Nokia has no plans for an oversized phone — which the Lumia 1030 appears to be — pointing out that at least the Lumia 1030 aspect of the picture is inaccurate. That all said, the leak should be taken with a massive grain of salt.
Aside from the bigger form factor of the Lumia 1030, the image also depicts an extra tile column on the screen, which is at least a possibility, given that the feature is expected to be included in the upcoming GDR3 update for Windows Phone 8. The Togari, meanwhile, is pictured on the left with its display off. Little can be gleaned from the image, but the device has been rumored to have a 6.44-inch 1080p display. Initial images of the device leaked back in January.
The HTC M4 is the device users have heard the most about. This leaked image matches up with the image previously leaked by the more-reputable account of @evleaks. The M4 is rumored to have a 4.3-inch 720p display, an all-white frame and shorter speaker grills. The earlier leaks of the device showed the camera flash moved to the center of the device’s back.
None of these devices have been confirmed by their parent companies, but the HTC M4 is expected to be announced later this quarter and @evleaks claims the handset has been confirmed for AT&T.
