AfterCall for S60 Now Available

Developer SymbianGuru has released a mobile call manager application for Symbian S60 devices that gives quick access to most used actions after the voice conversation ends. AfterCall shows a dialog box after the call has ended that will give access to Calendar, Messaging, and Contacts. In addition, call detail informaiton is shown.

Compatable with most Symbian S60 Series 3 devices, AfterCall is available as a 10-day trial ($9.99 to purchase) and can be downloaded from the Symbian Guru website

Handmark Announces New Applications for BlackBerry Devices

Handmark is taking steps to increase its applicaiton portfolio for BlackBerry devices. 

Bible Translations will be the first Bible product designed by Handmark specifically for BlackBerry smartphones. It will offer unlimited wireless access to 16 Bible translations including four of the five most popular modern translations.

Ringtone Junkie ($19.95) will be a ringtone management application, developed by Handmark, providing access to thousands of popular MP3 ringtones. Ringtone Junkie will enable customers to download, store, access, and assign custom ringtones to the BlackBerry Address Book.

PocketMac AudioExtractor Eases YouTube Music onto iTunes

PocketMac AudioExtractor has been released to make it easier for Mac users to download the audio from YouTube videos directly to iTunes for transferring into iPhones and iPod devices. Working in concert with the Safari web browser, PocketMac AudioExtractor copies the files into a special playlist that can then be synced to the mobile device.

PocketMac AudioExtractor is compatable only for Mac OSX. It can purchased from the PocketMac website for $9.99.
