Another image of the Motorola X smartphone, the first major collaboration between Google and Motorola since the search giant acquired the smartphone manufacturer, leaked earlier today, seemingly confirming the phone’s eventual arrival on Sprint.
PhoneArena posted the image to its site today of a handset being tested on Sprint’s 4G LTE network, claiming the device to be the Motorola X. Not many other details can be derived from the image, but previous rumors have suggested the smartphone will come equipped with a 1.7GHz dual-core Snapdragon processor, 720p display, 2GB RAM and 16GB of internal storage. The device is also rumored to have a 10-megapixel rear-facing camera and a 2-megapixel front-facing camera. It’s should also run Android 4.2 Jelly Bean, if the rumors are to be believed.
The Motorola X is expected to launch later this year, but Google has not made any official announcements.
