Motorola Droid RAZR HDAbout a month after the launch of the Droid RAZR M, Motorola is following up with the launch of two more models, the Droid RAZR HD and the Droid RAZR MAXX HD, both of which are due out from Verizon Wireless on October 18.

A 4G LTE handset, the RAZR HD is going to sport a 4.7-inch display with Corning Gorilla Glass, as well as Kevlar fiber casing. It will ship with Android OS 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich) and will also feature an 8 megapixel rear-facing camera, 16 GB of storage, and NFC connectivity.

The RAZR MAXX HD, meanwhile, will boast the same specs as the RAZR HD, except it will double the onboard storage to 32 GB, and will be powered by a larger battery that, according to Motorola, wil allow for up to 32 hours of “normal use.”

When released in a week’s time, the RAZR HD will go for $200 with a two-year service contract (available in black or white), while the RAZR MAXX HD will cost $300 (only available in black) with two-year contract with Verizon Wireless.
