Following in the wake of many other companies, Palm, Inc. has launched its own corporate blog.
The first post on the blog is fairly typical. It explores the topics, "what exactly will Palm blog about and who will be contributing to it?"
In this case, the answers to these two questions are: "we’re going to be flexible and broad on topics because we have a lot of stuff to talk about" and "just about anyone at Palm".

What’s a Blog?
Blogs have been a growing phenomenon over the last few years. Initially they were simple Web Logs (hence the name) in which people described the intimate details of their lives.
As blogs became more popular, companies started to get on the bandwagon. The corporate version of these generally give people an advanced look into products in development, or talk about currently available products in more detail than most consumers are interested in.
