Palm Now Offering Online Service for Treo Users

Palm, Inc. has launched a public beta of a new online service for owners of some of its Palm OS and Windows Mobile smartphones.

This free service — called MyPalm — features:

  • Free 24/7 members-only phone assistance
  • Personal MyPalm account and homepage
  • Alerts and updates about software and accessories 
  • Insider tips and interactive learning tools
  • Wireless delivery of software and services (Palm OS Treo users only)
  • Exclusive offers

It is currently available only for those with a Treo 650, 680, 700p, 700w/x, or 750 who are located in the U.S. A Canadian version is expected soon.
