Just like here, but mobile

It just got easier to browse bPDA while on the go. We have a new mobile division of our site, specifically formatted for all sorts of handheld browsers. You get all the same news and articles at the same time as they go up on the main site, without the extra formatting, and with optional image downloads, making it thin-connection and pay-GPRS friendly.

Innopocket metal case – Really!

Innopocket’s metal case for the iPaq 2200 series is on preorder, and will ship later this month.

Meanwhile, it has come to my attention that in the news about the Proporta case the other day, I used the link to Innopocket’s version. While I doubt it makes much difference to the potential buyers, as the two cases are effectively the same, it certainly is a difference to the people who make and sell the cases. So, I here set down the proper links to each case:

Innopocket version, $32.90:

Proporta version /w ‘free’ neoprene holdover case, $40:

Caller ID on PocketPC Phones

IA Style has a new application for providing Caller ID on a PocketPC Phone Edition. Called “IA Caller ID”, the app allows users to assign pictures to entries in the contacts, and have that image appear when you recieve a call from that person.
