PDA News – WebLink To Do Color, Beamable Airport Info, New Clie Driver

WebLink Wireless has announced a color Palm OS 5, two-way PDA will be released

Three weeks ago we broke the news about WW’s plans to bring the first two-way Palm OS 5 device to market. Further, it was to be the first monochrome Palm OS 5 unit. We have now learned that WW will bring to market a color device in the same form factor. At this time it’s unclear if the monochrome unit will still be released. We do know the color unit will offer 16MB of RAM and an SD slot.

Toronto to get the first Beam & Fly station supporting the Palm OS

Qvadis is working with Palm and Air Canada to bring the first Beam and Fly station to the Toronto airport.
