New software:

Bowling Deluxe, by Deluxeware

Coming December 10th, Deluxeware will unveil their new Palm OS bowling game, Bowling Deluxe. The game will support multiple modes, multiple difficulty levels, and hot-seat multiplayer capability.



Updated software:

BetaPlayer 0.094, by Picard

BetaPlayer returns to the list with yet another updated version. The new version adds AC3 audio support, as well as many and varied tweaks and fixes.



PocketMirror XT 3.1.8, by Chapura

An off-shoot of Chapura’s popular Outlook sync software, PocketMirror XT is designed to synchronize the additional contact information fields included in recent PalmOne models. PocketMirror XT supports the palmOne Zire 31 and 72, Tungsten E, T3, and T5, and the Treo 650.



Kinoma 3, by Kinoma

The major player in Palm OS video gets a major update. The program now supports some standardized file formats such as AAC, 3GP, 3G2, and M4A.



Arvale: Journey of Illusion 1.3, by PDAmill

According to the developers, the new version “fixes installation and registration bugs and includes minor gameplay fixes.” The update also includes an extended trial version, doubling the length of play for unregistered users.



VersaMail 2.7 for the Treo 600, by PalmOne

PalmOne’s own email client finally makes it onto the Treo 600. In addition to standard POP3 email, VersaMail also supports IMAP email, HTML messages, and message management compared to the standard Treo Mail client.



Blackberry Enterprise Server 4.0 for Exchange and Domino, by RIM

The invasion of the Berry-people continues. The new version of RIM’s enterprise server claims simplified setup, increased wireless security, and support for downloading images to Blackberry devices, amongst other things.
