MOUNTAIN VIEW, CA — PhatWare Corporation, a leading provider of software products and professional services for mobile and desktop computers, announces upgrade to PhatNotes Smartphone Edition, the first notes organizer application specifically designed for Microsoft Windows Mobile-based devices. The upgraded software now supports Windows Mobile 2003-based Smartphone devices and new networks, such as Cingular, Orange, and others.

PhatNotes Smartphone Edition allows users to easily create, search, and sort text-based notes on both their Windows Mobile-based Smartphones and Windows-based desktop PCs.
